My baby is fixed!

I know I have a lot of "babies"... but my original baby, my Macbook Pro, is fixed! And it's an even bigger relief that it was a free repair. 

The battery in my computer would barely stay on for 30 minutes without a power cord- even when fully charged! I knew this wasn't normal, so I finally brought it into the Geniuses at the Genius Bar, and they fixed it.

Turns out the Tiger operating system will wreak havoc on Macbook Pro batteries, causing it to never stop charging when attached to a power source. Fortunately, upgrading to Leopard helps it from getting worse. But needless to say, for that year (plus) that I was running Tiger, it was creating a ton of problems with my battery, so they replaced them for free.
